Telecoms continue government wiretaps

More than two years after it was discovered that American telecom companies had helped the National Security Agency perform wiretaps of U.S. citizens without warrants, those whose privacy was violated may finally get their day in court. That is, if Congress can decide whether or not the lawsuits should proceed.
